The quality policy of the laboratory is to provide precise, reliable and timely analytical services to its customers. In order to ensure high quality in our analytical services, the management has resolved to introduce a management system which complies with the IS/ISO/IEC:17025-2005 standard and to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system. Tests are carried out in accordance with stated methods and customer’s requirements.

It is the responsibility of the management to familiarize all staff with the content of the Quality manual and comply with the policies and procedures laid down in the manual and associated documentation at all times.

The laboratory would strive its best to meet customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
